Document Storage

Documents essential to our subdivision — including governing materials such as deed restrictions, bylaws, and other foundational records, some dating back to the early 1980s — are maintained in secure cloud storage. Access is controlled by the CSPPOA, but any POA member may request copies.

Retention and Retrieval

To define how these documents should be kept, organized, and retrieved, the Board of Directors adopted a Records Retention and Retrieval Policy to govern how and what should be collected, and how residents can request copies of the documents.
