Property Owners Association

Whether Property Owner, or Home Owner, all are encouraged to join the Association. Please join us in support of our common home.

Why You Should Join

Unlike the Deed Restrictions, membership in the Property Owners Association is voluntary.

Fees are nominal ($125) and are collected annually; our fiscal year is January - December.

We hope you will join. Your membership contributes to the following:

Liability insurance. Every property owner is liable for any accident that occur at the CSP Park. Without insurance, a park visitor who is injured including drowning or falling off the steep terrain can sue every property owner in this subdivision. Do you want that liability? Your dues help pay for liability insurance for all of us.
Protection within the subdivision to include lighting and security cameras.
Enforcement of the Deed Restrictions. Upon occasion we must seek help from an attorney in order to stop a property owner from damaging the integrity of our restrictions and neighborhood. Attorney fees are paid for by the POA.
Support from the ACC in reviewing plans and answering questions regarding construction projects.
Maintenance of the front entrances; bulletin boards and green spaces; cost for our website etc.

Two annual picnics for the property owners

When you join, you will receive a key to the park and a residential map of the subdivision.

Everyone has ownership to uphold the standards of our neighborhood. If you choose not to pay, the financial burden to maintain the standards of this subdivision falls on your neighbors.
